the right doesn't want to give up its guns
and the left doesn't want to admit that much of the mass shooting problem is due to folks who need mental health care that cannot be provided in the local community

it seems like they don't even want to see he main problem is what we used to call crazy people and now call bat-shit crazy people

so who is the moral agent in these killings?
the gun cannot be--it has no mind or will and
perhaps the mentally ill person cannot have mind or will either

it just might be time to institutionalize those who are a danger to others
with or against their will
